A few weeks ago, the weather was warm and it felt like spring had arrived. That nice weather inspired these flower-themed lunches for work.
In our Yumbox Paninos, my husband and I had turkey and muenster on croissants with carrots, broccoli, and cauliflower all packed in the large section of the boxes. In the top right section, we had a half a Cutie, a couple of nectarine slices, and blueberries on flower picks. In the bottom right section, we had macaroni salad and I placed a little bit of ranch dressing in the circular section for dipping the veggies. The Yumboxes are great for foods like these because the leakproof lid keeps each section well separated.
