Last week, my husband and I had these lunches in our Omieboxes. We had veggies and fruit on the left side with Cheez-It Grooves and a shortbread cookie in the top section. The main compartment held a sandwich made with leftover curried chicken, tomato slices, and a simple yogurt based dressing with basil and oregano on naan. The sandwiches were held together by a bee picks and ladybugs crawled on the cucumber slices. I like using the Omieboxes for sandwiches like this because they have deep compartments that easily fit thick sandwiches. We got our Omieboxes back when they were on Kickstarter, but you can buy them now on Amazon.
